No physical products are shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
REFUNDS
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES
